A: We mail books First Class the next business day. Mail time varies by location. Allow one week to be safe.

Q: Can I customize the book?

A: Yes, the text can be customized (graphics cannot). Common requests include: Staff names, Special themes (i.e. fish tank, toy chest), or revisions to names of instruments used.

Q: Are there discount prices for bulk orders?

A: Yes, for our Generic Books only. Call for discount rates.

Q: Can my logo be incorporated in the book?

A: Yes, most artwork can be included. There is a $20.00 setup fee for adding your logo.
